Yeshayah 45:5-7

⁵ I am Hashem, and there is none other, there is no Elohim besides Me; I equipped thee, though thou hast not known Me;

⁶ That they may know from the rising of the shemesh, even to the ma’arav (west, setting place of the sun), that there is none apart from Me. I am Hashem, and there is no other [Elohim].

⁷ I form ohr, and create choshech; I make shalom, and create rah; I Hashem worketh all these things.
